Got a new cook book.
Gave me some good basics on how to saute. That plus a quick look on seasonings that go well with mushrooms and voila!
Some baby portabellas cut up and sliced the best way I could (very awkwardly), cooked in olive oil and butter, with garlic powder, black pepper, a bit of salt, and some dried basil from an old herb garden. Served on a freezer spicy black bean burger with sharp cheddar cheese and some lipton green tea with citrus.
I ate a bunch out of the pan. Trying not to regurgitate mushrooms, but damn was it fantastic.
